Kat is a passionate advocate for women’s health through dynamic interdisciplinary care and community building. She is focused on creating healing opportunities across the lifespan through evidence-based practices while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique identity needs. Her direct clinical practice experience includes inpatient hospital care, RTC, PHP, IOP, university counseling, community-based wraparound, and private practice. Building from these experiences, she now focuses on comprehensive outpatient program development and clinical leadership. Kat is focused on implementing restorative management practices at Monima in order to support the growth and development of individual team members, so patients experience an authentic atmosphere of equity, camaraderie, joy, and healing.
Kat is pursuing a PhD in organizational leadership at University of San Diego. She is certified in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Executive Leadership Coaching through the University of San Diego’s School of Leadership and Educational Sciences.
